Finally, an easy way to teach stress reduction and balance

A B Chi is an easy-to-learn tool that you and your clients can use to experience immediate stress reduction and focus. It is meditation in motion that is perfect even for Type A personalities. This book blends mind, body and soul to produce a healing art successfully used by all ages, in all physical conditions and for all cultures.

With these techniques you'll see immediate results. You will:

  • feel stress disappear
  • access balance
  • find peace of mind
  • and your physical strength and mobility will improve.

A B Chi is simple to learn while maintaining the nine principles of Tai Chi; anchoring, alignment, at ease (relaxation), breathing, balance, being slow, circular, continuous and concentration.

Playing the A B Chi form takes about 10-12 minutes depending upon the loosening up time and the slowness of the form. The mind concentrates on each move, isolating one from the outside world. Suddenly turmoil is isolated and you become free in your thoughts. By setting up a specific pattern, the mind meditates on the next move, then the next. Meditation in motion is the process and for up to 10 to 12 minutes the player remains in the cocoon of concentration emerging as a papillion of pleasure. (pg. 19.)

A B Chi gives you the power to step back once or twice a day, not think about the problem that plagues you and breathe. As you play A B Chi, you automatically move into an alpha state where the mind's activity slows down, yet stays awake. You will move your mind's thoughts from the daily mechanical process to your own process….You will gain a sense of newness of being …. A whole new perspective of control issues awaits you with this new meditation in motion. (pg. 33)
